I loved the view from my balcony on the 5th floor, it was breathtaking. Plus, being close to the sea was a major bonus. The helpful staff made my stay comfortable and their laundry and ironing services were a great convenience. The hotel had an overall charming atmosphere that I enjoyed.
Also, having a small breakfast, even just a coffee, would have been a nice addition.

We had a slight issue with the heating during our stay, but the manager Ahmed and his sons went above and beyond to find us a couple of heaters to borrow. They truly care about their guests' comfort and it was greatly appreciated. The vintage furniture and decor added to the charm of the place. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to the tram, the coast, and local shops. The fair price was definitely a bonus. I highly recommend this place.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, providing me with useful information on how to get to the airport and even helping me with local transportation. the room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with a great view of the sea. It was a wonderful experience waking up every morning and being able to see the beautiful ocean from my window.
Aspects: the lack of wifi in the rooms was quite inconvenient, as it meant that I had to go to the living room to use the internet. the elevator was not working, which was a bit of a hassle considering the property was on the fifth floor.

The location is great, with a side sea view and close to the downtown area and many tourist spots. The antique wooden elevator and heritage architecture add to its charm. The staff are helpful and polite, and the rooms are spacious with sinks installed.
The rooms can get very hot in summer as the majority don't have AC, and the fans aren't effective.
